WebSteam proton (comparability layer with linux) works with ffxiv. They have been running control, death stranding, doom eternal. So if its been running those game then it will 100 percent handle ffxiv. I play ffxiv on linux and im preordering this mainly for ffxiv . Worst case scenario you can install windows on it.
