Use GSync, but activate FAST SYNC (this works especially, when your fps are much higher than your Monitor Hz WebCombined with Buffout 4, I can run the game at a smooth 60+ fps in windowed borderless (WQHD), tab out of the game without issues, and the game stays at its desired screen. Without those mods, the game launches on the wrong screen, I tab out to fix it and everything crashes. :) If anything, it's the vanilla game that's janky.
