I bought loctite brand epoxy from walmart after talking with bob in volant who told me to just get a general epoxy. So far things aren't going so... WebMay 15, 2015 · Don’t go over the eyes. Just fill in the gap between the eyes and around them. I put a little extra between the eyes to make the hump of the head. This provides a little extra weight and twitch in the water. When the fly is in the drying wheel, I’ll stop it at the bottom of the rotation to get a little extra ooze of epoxy between the eyes.
