If you turn it off and immediately start it, the crank time is about 5 to 10 seconds.

It has always started but runs rough until warm no matter if it's 30 deg. or 100 deg. outside temp, obviously worse in the colder months especially if not plugged in. I have changed the oil and fuel filter recently.
