WebJul 9, 2010 · After closer inspection I am 95% certain it is coming from the driver side rear wheel lower control arm front mount, right where the pivot point is where the control arm mounts to the frame which makes sense since the creaking sound comes when the suspension flexes. Tried using a variety of different lubes on the mount to no avail.
