WebYoung Carers Project We have formed a relationship with the 'Wellbeing and Young Carers Team' at North Lincolnshire Council, the aim is to develop a joint approach to supporting young carers who live in Ongo Homes’ properties. Ongo want to identify young carers that are not receiving support and link these in with the Young Carers Team. WebCarers are entitled to support if they meet the national eligibility criteria and have unmet needs. Please note, Carers can access support from the Carer’ Support Service without meeting the National Eligibility Criteria. Where can I find out more about arers’ rights?
